This crucial step ensures the formation of an optimal oil film on the screw pair and spiral groove surfaces. To extend the service life of your High-Efficiency Screw Pump, adhere to the following essential guidelines:
1.Never tighten the import and export connection flange. Doing so can deform and displace the base pump body, compromising the pump's inherent precision.
2.While configuring the pipeline, it is crucial to maintain the pump and motor's coaxial alignment. This ensures a reliable seal at the import and export pipeline connections.
3.During installation, remove the rubber plug from the inlet and outlet. Ensure no impurities or welding slag enters the pump chamber.
4.Operating or using water media without the appropriate media is strictly prohibited. Avoid using other media for cleaning the pump.
5.Before initial use or after a lengthy period of inactivity, ensure the pump cavity is filled with the designated media.
6.Align the pipe diameter configuration with the pump diameter. Ensure the inlet and outlet pipe valves are open during startup.
7.Do not exceed the rated working pressure of the pump. This is crucial for maintaining optimal functionality.
8.Avoid adjusting the safety valve adjusting bolts. These have been precisely calibrated prior to delivery and should not be used as a relief valve.
