Before starting for the first time, please fill the lubricating medium oil to ensure that a good oil film is formed on the surface of the screw pair and spiral groove. If you want to make the service life of the screw pump longer, the following points are very important
1. Lubricating oil must be added before starting, manual turning lubrication screw and pump sleeve cavity.
2.No medium dry operation is prohibited. Ensure that the inlet and outlet valves are all open before the first boot
3.It is strictly prohibited to install unreasonable filter devices in the suction inlet of the pump inlet pipeline without permission.
4.According to the diagram to install the pump, after the installation of the pump can not deviate from the installation position or abnormal force.
5.Before starting, check whether the rotation direction of the pump is consistent with the indicated rotation direction
6.It is recommended to disconnect from the pump to check the drive steering. The steering of the pump must not be checked at a high speed and for more than 1 second.
7.Pay attention to check the liquid level in the water tank before starting, and do not start the pump when the liquid level is below the lowest level
8.The outlet of the return oil line is installed in the shape of a bend, but the direction of the return oil must not be against the direction of the suction inlet of the pump.
9.Be sure to comply with the requirements of the instructions on the working condition and the medium particle content and particle size to ensure the filtration accuracy and media cleanliness.
10.When the customer provides the pipeline valve system, the diameter of the inlet pipeline shall not be less than the inlet diameter of the pump, and the diameter can only be increased and not reduced if the diameter is reduced.
