Before beginning any operation, it is paramount to ensure that the lubricating medium oil is filled to the appropriate level. This ensures the formation of a robust protective oil film over the screw pair and spiral groove surfaces, safeguarding the components. To maximize the longevity and reliability of your screw pump, it is essential to follow the subsequent guidelines assiduously.

1.It is of utmost importance to avoid over-tightening the import and export connection flange. Excessive tightening can lead to deformation or misalignment of the base pump body, potentially diminishing the pump's intrinsic precision and operational efficiency.


2.Proper pipeline configuration is crucial, particularly maintaining coaxial alignment between the pump and motor. Such alignment guarantees that the import and export pipeline connections remain securely sealed. Avoid any incidents that might compromise this alignment.
