Before embarking on the initial operation, ensure the lubricating medium oil is filled adequately to create a robust oil film over the screw pair and spiral groove surfaces. To extend the durability and life span of your screw pump, adhering to the following imperative guidelines is crucial.
1.It is absolutely essential not to tighten the import and export connection flange beyond necessity, as this could lead to deformation or displacement of the base pump body, thereby compromising the pump's intrinsic precision and efficiency.
2.During pipeline configuration, it is critical to maintain the coaxial alignment of the pump and motor to ensure the import and export pipeline connections are sealed reliably. Avoid any damage that could affect this alignment.
3.During installation, make sure to remove the rubber plugs from both the inlet and outlet. It is imperative that no impurities or welding slag enter the pump chamber, as these could impair functionality.
4.Under no circumstances should the pump be operated or cleaned using water or any media without the appropriate lubricating medium. Using alternative media without proper guidance is prohibited.
5.If the pump has remained unused for an extended period or before initiating its first operation, it is crucial to fill the pump cavity with the designated medium.
6.Ensure that the pipe diameter configuration aligns precisely with the pump diameter. Additionally, when initiating operation, open the inlet and outlet pipe valves.
7.Operating the pump at a pressure exceeding its rated working pressure is strictly prohibited to prevent damage and ensure long-term reliability.
8.The safety valve adjustment bolts are pre-set before delivery and should not be altered. The safety valve is not designed for use as a relief valve.
9.Disassembling pump parts without the manufacturer's written consent is strictly forbidden to maintain the warranty and structural integrity of the pump.
10.The screw pump functions as a positive displacement quantitative pump, with its working pressure inherently determined by the system load. Adhering to specifications ensures optimal performance.
