Before initiating the initial operation, it is imperative to ensure that the lubricating medium oil is filled adequately to form a robust and protective oil film over the screw pair and spiral groove surfaces. To extend the longevity and enhance the operational lifespan of your screw pump, it is crucial to adhere to the following essential guidelines:

1.It is absolutely essential not to overtighten the import and export connection flange more than necessary, as this could result in deformation or displacement of the base pump body, thereby compromising the pump's inherent precision and operational efficiency.


2.During pipeline configuration, maintaining the coaxial alignment of the pump and motor is critical to ensure that the import and export pipeline connections are sealed with absolute reliability. Avoid any possible damages that might affect this important alignment.
