The A3SS High-Pressure Coolant and Filter Systems primarily comprises the A3MT high-pressure coolant pump, lift Pump, filtration system, control unit, liquid level gauge unit, and water tank. The operational process is as follows: Initially, coolant is pumped into the filtration system by the low-pressure booster pump. After filtration, the coolant flows into the water tank, where it is then delivered to the high-pressure filter by the high-pressure coolant pump. Finally, the filtered coolant is transported through pipelines to the required cutting tool outlets, generating high-pressure water discharge.
