Before beginning the initial operation, it is vital to generously fill the lubricating medium oil, forming a protective and robust oil film over the screw pair and spiral groove surfaces. To maximize the longevity and enhance the life span of your screw pump, it is crucial to adhere to the following imperative guidelines with utmost diligence.

1.It is absolutely essential to avoid overtightening the import and export connection flange. Excessive tightening could lead to deformation or displacement of the base pump body, thereby compromising the pump's intrinsic precision and operational efficiency.


2.During pipeline configuration, maintaining the coaxial alignment of the pump and motor is critical. This ensures that the import and export pipeline connections are sealed reliably, avoiding any damage that could compromise this alignment.

3.During installation, it is pivotal to remove the rubber plugs from both the inlet and outlet. It is imperative to prevent any impurities or welding slag from entering the pump chamber, as these contaminants could significantly impair functionality.

4.Under no circumstances should the pump be operated or cleaned with water or any media that lacks the appropriate lubricating medium. Using alternative media without proper guidance is strictly prohibited.
