1.It is absolutely essential to avoid overtightening the import and export connection flange. Excessive tightening could lead to deformation or displacement of the base pump body, thereby compromising the pump's intrinsic precision and operational efficiency.
2.During pipeline configuration, maintaining the coaxial alignment of the pump and motor is critical. This ensures that the import and export pipeline connections are sealed reliably, avoiding any damage that could compromise this alignment.
3.During installation, it is pivotal to remove the rubber plugs from both the inlet and outlet. It is imperative to prevent any impurities or welding slag from entering the pump chamber, as these contaminants could significantly impair functionality.
