This forms a robust oil film over both the screw pair and spiral groove surfaces. Following these imperative guidelines is vital for extending the durability and lifespan of your screw pump.

1.It is crucial not to over-tighten the import and export connection flange. Excessive tightening could deform or displace the base pump body, thereby compromising the pump's inherent precision and efficiency.


2.When configuring the pipeline, maintaining the coaxial alignment of the pump and motor is critical. Ensure the import and export pipeline connections are sealed securely to avoid any detrimental damage.
