Before beginning the operation for the very first time, it is imperative to fill the lubricating medium with oil to form a superior oil film on the screw pair and spiral groove surfaces. To ensure the screw pump boasts an extended service life, adherence to the following pivotal points is essential.
1.It is absolutely prohibited to over-tighten the import and export connection flanges, as this may cause deformation and displacement of the base pump body, compromising the pump's inherent precision.
2.During pipeline configuration, it is critical to maintain the coaxial alignment of the pump and motor to guarantee the impeccable sealing of the import and export pipeline connections.
3.During installation, ensure the removal of the rubber plugs at the inlet and outlet. Take great care to prevent any impurities or welding slag from entering the pump chamber.
4.Operating or using water media without the necessary medium is strictly forbidden. Additionally, avoid utilizing other media to clean the pump.
5.If the pump has been unused for a prolonged period, and before its initial start-up, it is crucial to fill the pump cavity thoroughly with the designated medium.
6.The configuration of the pipe diameter must align perfectly with the pump's diameter. It is essential that the inlet and outlet pipe valves are fully opened when starting.
7.It is strictly forbidden to operate the pump under pressures exceeding its rated working pressure.
8.Refrain from adjusting the safety valve's bolts, as they have been pre-adjusted before delivery. Remember, the safety valve is not to be used as a relief valve.
9.Disassembling the pump parts without the manufacturer's written consent is strictly prohibited.
10.The screw pump functions as a positive displacement quantitative pump, and its working pressure is determined by the system load.
